BOS Names Osnat Gur As Board Chair, Avi Dadon Independent Director

(RTTNews) - B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. (BOSC), an integrator of supply chain technologies, on Wednesday announced that it has appointed Independent Director Osnat Gur as Board Chair and former Head of Procurement for the Israeli Ministry of Defense Avi Dadon as new independent director.

Gur has been on the Board of Directors since 2021 and has experience in B2B marketing, technology, and manufacturing.

From 2017 to 2023, Avi Dadon led procurement and production for the Israeli Defense Forces as Head of Procurement for the Ministry of Defense.

Better Online Solutions is currently trading, 1.80% lesser at $3.80 on the Nasdaq.
